Challenge

Natural light from skylights and large windows washed through the lobby of the newly rebuilt administrative office headquarters building for Seventh-day Adventist churches as it neared completion. Much thought and detail had been expended on each aspect of the contemporary building resulting in dramatic interior spaces. The finishing touch would be the addition of appropriate furnishings and accessories to complement the design and create a comfortable gathering place.

Solution

After gathering functional and budget information from the client and architect we specified groupings of classically detailed easy-to-move furniture providing flexibility for the wide variety of user groups. The custom designed bench fulfills the dual purpose of space divider and additional seating. A variety of organic textile patterns provide visual interest and modular carpet tile was used to create cost effective area rugs. We provided turn key procurement services for all items from securing competitive pricing, tracking order processing to installation coordination. The furnished building is welcoming to all who enter and a glorious visual compliment to the mission of the church.
