Why I do what I do?  : Growing up, my family built a house where I “had” to help pull wires, cut and install trim work, and be in the midst of construction.  When I traveled to Spain as a senior in high school, I fell in love with architecture and knew I wanted to pursue a career in the field of design.  I chose interiors because I get to influence the space where people spend most of their time.

If I could be any architectural style, I would be...?  : A Gothic cathedral.  I love all of the intricate detail that goes into the Gothic style of architecture.  Flying buttresses, vaulted ceilings, and rose windows are some of my favorite elements.  Oh, and the perfectly symmetrical quatrefoils make me smile.

My favorite part about working at Design Source is...?  : The people.  I really appreciate the tight knit family-like dynamic of Design Source’s employees. I feel very lucky to work alongside of such knowledgeable and talented designers every day!

My last meal before the zombies attack?  : I would start with an entire jar of my Uncle Len’s pickled green beans and then follow that by my grandma’s hearty chicken and rice casserole.  I would end it with some fro-yo loaded with lots of candy.

How I play?  :  While not at work, you can find me at the lake, dancing, cooking/baking, and playing hair-tie fetch with my cat, Cosmo.
