Challenge

Design Source was commissioned by a property management company to assist in demonstrating how the proposed space in their facility would be advantageous to a potential tenant, CH2M Hill.  Because the space had been built out for several other tenants, it was difficult for CH2M Hill to visualize how the space would meet their goals of decreasing overhead and increasing employee productivity.

Solution

After an in-depth analysis of CH2M Hill's immediate and long term goals, we presented a detailed floor plan of the available space: both current and with the revisions we recommend to make the best use of space specific to their needs. Although our initial client was the property management company, once the lease agreement was signed, CH2M Hill hired us directly to ensure our design concept was taken to completion.
